Which files within Profile are the addressbook & user/network connect info?

I can see the Mail folder, but I want to create a new profile and copy the Mail, Addressbook, and my email connection/IP data into the new one.

The object is to see if the existing profile is corrupt and causing all these problems.

This is not addressed in the Profiles TB article.

Accounts settings (and much else): prefs.js Address books: *.mab

However it's possible that the corruption is within prefs.js itself.
