Sometimes when i load website, firefox automatically redirecting it to an ads link called "Name". It's pretty annoying, i have tried to look up for any solution, but none of them is work. As what the title says, i even tried to reset firefox, but that annoying ads still showup. That annoying ads doesn't show up when i'm using other browser.

Hi, try working through Remove “Ads By Name” virus (Easy Removal Guide) by Malware Tips.

Note that not all programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.
