I have had this problem for several weeks. When I try to play a video on Facebook or YouTube it skips and hard to watch. The same videos work fine on Chrome. I would appreciate any help or suggestions. I have talked to others who are having the same problem so it sounds like the problem is with Firefox.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
