A theme added a custom scrollbars,I changed to the defualt theme and uninstalled all the other themes but the scrollbars did change to default, what can I do ?

I installed a theme which added custom scroll bars, which I didn't like, so I change the theme but the scroll bars didn't change, so I changed to the defualt theme and uninstalled all the themes and appearance mods but the scroll bars are still the same. See the attachment.

From what you are saying, I recommend that you refresh Firefox. You can find a walk through as to how to do this here.

You may wish to backup your profile before you do this (just in case), to preserve your bookmarks and other personal settings. You can read how to do this here.
