When will I be able to use Webroot Password Manager in FF again?
I have used Firefox for several years now but now I can't use the Webroot Password Manager with Firefox. This has been going on for long enough that I have switched to Chrome as my primary browser. Is there any plan to fix Firefox so the Webroot Password Manager toolbar will work again? Please don't say that Webroot is a bad program -- it works fine with IE and Chrome and worked fine with Firefox until recently. I am very disappointed with the current situation and also with the sarcastic and unhelpful answers that have been posted about this topic. As far as I'm concerned, this topic is not "solved" until Firefox and Webroot work together again.

Nobody said it was bad, the last update was incompatible with Firefox. It is not blocked https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../blocked/
Here is the work around posted by webroot: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webr.../214764
Sorry, I was referring to a previous discussion (back in March) on this forum when one of the answers referred to Webroot as crappy software.
I followed the work around posted by Webroot and Password Manager will usually work during one session until I close out of Firefox and NOT work when I start Firefox again. What happens is I start Firefox, try to log in to Webroot Password Manager and Firefox crashes. I'm currently running version 40.0.3 of Firefox. I should also mention that Firefox "thinks" it crashed almost every time I shut it down -- even if I didn't try to log in to Webroot.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and Webroot PM several times.
My work around has been to use Chrome instead but I'd rather use Firefox.
The issues with Webroot and Firefox 40 now are different than what they have been the issue a few months ago - other than there was a problem with Webroot not working correcly with Firefox.

Regardless who is at fault this time around - Firefox is the primary application which Webroot created an add-on for. Overall, Firefox goes thru an 18 week development cycle - two 6 week alpha cycles [Nightly and Developer] and one 6 week Beta phase; versions of which are available for anyone to "test" their applications or add-ons with. Basically, there is no reason why an outfit like Webroot should be caught by surprise when their stuff doesn't work properly when a new version of Firefox is released.
