hi vogtster1, sorry but we are only abe to provide technical support for firefox or mozilla products here in this forum unfortuantely. if you are heaving issues setting up your new wifi hotspot from verizon, it's best to get in contact with their customer support channels to figure this out. thank you for your understanding!
