How do I get Firefox to stop losing plug in and script? My computer has locked up twice so far today trying to play one game on Gamesville. I'm damned tired of

I have been having too many problems with Firefox. I have played Frantic Fish at Gamesville for years and now you won't let me as my computer stops because of losing plug ins or script. I need to know NOW if you can fix this or I'll go elsewhere for internet connection. You only give me frustration. If you can't handle it, say so instead of locking up my computer!
