webpage wont load in firefox

more options

I enter my username and password, the page says I put in the password correctly and I will be automatically redirected to the next screen. But the next screen doesn't come.

Also, in Internet Explorer, on the same pc, I have an 'ok' button that I can press if the next page doesn't automatically load. the Ok button is missing on firefox.

I am using Windows 8.1 and I need immediate help. Thanks!

Does the site redirect if you reload the page -- you can click the circling arrow in the address bar or press Ctrl+r on the keyboard?

Is your Firefox set to block redirects? This feature is more annoying than helpful. You can check and turn it off here:

"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options

In the left column, click Advanced. Then on the right side, make sure the "General" mini-tab is selected.

If it is checked, uncheck the box for "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"

Then I'd try reloading the problem page again.

Any progress so far?
