Jango Music has always worked on all browsers. Everytime I attempt to open the website, either via Jango, or via Facebook, the site says the email is not correct. Well, the email and password for the Jango site are correct! Jango works very well in Google Chrome. And it works well in Firefox on two of the other user accounts on this desktop computer. Just not in my account. Windows-7 x64, all software such as Adobe and Java are up to date. Mozilla 44.0.2 (x86 en-US).

I will try the suggestions - have little hope of this working.

Re-setting the browser did solve the original problem of not being able to log into Jango Music from facebook, sort of. I use Priv3+ to block "Lead Generators" and site tracking; resetting the browser removes Priv+3.

When I rebuilt my links on the browser, including Priv3+, I am stuck with the options tab everytime I open. Typing the following does nothing to help.

Type < about:config > into the address bar Find < browser.preferences.inContent > and double click to change 'Value' from True to False

Since your suggestions don't work, I'll just use Google chrome to open Jango.

Still leaves the nasty tab issue with Options to get rid of.
