Today I've updated Thunderbird to latest version and it stopped working. First the main windows opens but I cannot get messages, cannot create new and so on, sub-menu also is not available. When I close program and try to open again I couldn't do it. Rebooting machine didn't help, reinstalling Thunderbird didn't help as well. I am using Windows 10, the latest version of Thunderbird I've installed is 38.6.0 What could be the reason of this trouble? Before updating Thunderbird worked as intended.

P.S. Seems I am able to get messages, but I cannot read them

We have an issue with an add-on.

On the toolbar then  Add-ons and disable first lightning if you have it. then all add-ons of disabling Lightning does not fix the issue

I couldn't open toolbar menu it didn't respond. I've removed Thunderbird, downloaded previous version and installed it, and this solved the issue. In this version that I've updated Lightning plug in is disabled.
