Hi I have got a small bar appeared just under the bookmarks bar it is approx 2 inches by 1/4" with arrows at each end in the centre, It appears to do nothing. Can you confirm it is a Firefox addition and not Spyware, Malware or a virus etc. It is just above "CONTRIBUTOR TOOLS" on the image I have attached. Many thanks

Yes, we have seen reports that this is a problem with the Avira toolbar extension.

Hi Since posting this question within seconds the bar has changed to Avira "Safe website and 0 trackers" so I can only assume it is part of my Avira antivirus program.
