Hey cfb45 and welcome to the firefox community forums!

I would first ensure that your browser plugin s and drivers for your Epson XP620 are up to date and running correctly. If not then please uninstall and reinstall.

As I belive this is a Epson issue rather than a Firefox issue, I would advise you to check the support page for the XP620. I will place a link here.
