I am getting failure to send errors and failure to save as a draft failures and the sending is very slow all this after a Windows 10 upgrade.

I recently up graded to Windows 10. The sending of emails has slowed down significantly. One sentence emails take a long time and they often give me failure notices. Sometimes the recipient gets them and sometimes they do not. When I get a fail to send error message then when I attempt to save that email to drafts it will not save it to the draft folder and it get another error message.

Please let me know how to resolve this problem.
