Hello,

Trying to call on a web program. Skype like but a company call sheet that has the phone numbers amongst other info that populates when on line. The phone calling worked and now it doesn't. All else does. Company I'm calling for suggested enabling voice/microphone sharing with other parties? There was a time when FireFox would ask me a question like that and I didn't know what it was so declined. Maybe after so many declines it just went dormant. Can you tell me how and where to find it and what to do. Or if that is not it whatever I need to do. My need is to click the phone number. It brings up another web page that says when ready. I click on the call button but it doesn't make the call. It did yesterday
