I just updated to firefox 49.0.1 and can no longer delete or organize bookmarks.
I just updated to firefox 49.0.1 and can no longer bookmarks, which I previously did by right clicking and selecting delete. The delete option is now light gray and not selectable.
Some solutions on the help page reference the organize tab, which I have been unable to find or have not got.
Holding down the control key to select multiple pages to delete in accordance with some help solutions on the firefox site does not function as even with the control key held down, bookmarks open pages when I delete them.
Is there some way to go back the the update before this one? Thank you very much.

I can see that I made a cofusing typo. In the above post, I meant to say that bookmarks open pages when I select them.

I just re-opened firefox and have slightly different conditions. Now all options are selectable except delete or paste when I right click bookmarks.

Sometimes, a program restart or reboot can fix a problem.
