I restart computer while firefox refreshing. when I log on next time i couldn;t open firefox, so i unstalled it and installed again. now I can't open firefox again.didn't show any error message.

Try rebooting after you uninstall it before you re-install it.
I did the reboot after uninstall it. when I click fire fox "do you want to allow the following programme to change your computer" dialog box appeared and allow me to choose yes or no. nothing happened after i select yes
Reboot again (in case your first try of running the installer is hung in the background), then Try right clicking on the installer and choosing run as administrator

Download the firefox installer again, and check it for viruses. Then disable your anti-virus and try to install firefox again (and then re-enable your anti-virus after it's all installed)
still have the problem
