When i close my firefox and open again languages change but in options is choose another.

When i close my firefox and open again languages change but in options is choose another? the same problem is with default browser. When i open it i make firefox to my default browser but when i open this again default browser isn't firefox. And my start card isn't the same i choose. I reinstall firefox.
