Click the button promising to be careful. (2) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''print_''' and pause while the list is filtered (3) Right-click each preference that bolded and "user set" and choose Reset from the context menu. It's fastest to right-click with your right hand and then press R with your left to activate Reset. The next time you try that printer, Firefox should re-read the Windows printer driver data and rebuild those settings. Any luck?
