Hey there is some key features missing on our site when we use Mozilla. We have a popup which doesn't "popup" on the homepage ? Could this be due to the Wordpress developer or the site.

Here it is here http://www.apton.ie

Looks similar to me in Firefox and Chrome. If you are testing in a private window, be on the lookout for content blocked by the tracking protection feature. See: What happened to Tracking Protection?.

Can you attach a screenshot?

  • use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
  • make sure you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure such extensions do not block content. There is security software that can interfere with loading content, so check that as well.

You can check the log in the Web Console for error messages and the Network Monitor (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) to see if content fails to load or is possibly blocked.

Use Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
