Hopefully all you need to do is change the e-mail settings to use SSL/TLS (security protocols). If you know how to do this, please do. If you need help with this, then please provide your Troubleshooting Information from Thunderbird: Thunderbird menu: Help: Troubleshooting Information Click the "Copy text to clipboard" button.
