Caught virus 1/25/17 eliminated virus 1/26/17 lost 3/4 of my email folders....need them back???
Caught virus from internet on my computer 1/25/17....my computer guru banished it 1/26/17.....now I lost about 3/4 of my folders in Thunderbird and my email is acting erratically.

I respectfully suggest you get your computer guru back to help you with this.
If you are computer knowledgeable, comfortable with messing around with files on the hard drive, and are willing to learn about Thunderbird Profiles and the files in the Profile, I can give you instructions.
