Getting Netflix to play with Firefox 53?

The question was posed in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1157003. I figured out a solution but couldn't post in that thread until I created an account.

I was able to get it working by clicking on the Menu button and going to Plugins Click on More for Shockwave Flash Uncheck 'Enable Adobe Flash protected mode'

Netflix should now play in Firefox 53

Hi soljargon, Thank you for that solution! It will help many users. Shockwave Player is a different branch, was it blocked for you in about:plugins?

No it wasn't blocked for me in about plugins.

I just accessed the Plugins page via about:addons.
