Trying to restore a session from previous.js. The usual didn't work. Puzzled, I -

quit FF

deleted sessionstore.js and previous.js

started FF

open 3 tabs to different websites

quit FF

no sign of sessionstore.js (or previous.js)

Started FF... was able to History> restore session... and all three tabs came back up.

By now I assume I lost the session I was trying to restore. Does anyone know where it is kept now?

FF ESR 52.1.2 (64-bit) on a Mac

thanks

Rudyard

Well never mind then. After several times quitting and starting and opening new tabs and restoring previous sessions, sessionstore and previous.js have suddenly manifested. I replaced SS with the old one and blammo, got the old session back. Clearly Mercury in retrograde.
