My computer crashed, I received my back up from Carbonite, it did not restore any emails from 2-10-17 thru 6-21-17--all others were received, how do I fix this?
All of my emails seemed to be restored except the one's during these dates. This occurred on both Inbox and Sent.

so your saying your backup was out of date?
I have been told by Carbonite my "thunderbird memory", for the period I am talking about, was stored on an "unsupported" file, it wasn't on the correct "c" path, he said.
