The install of the Dutch langages pack does not work! What can be the problem?

Before Windows 10 did crasch, so I had to reinstall Windows 10. But then I did miss a lot of installed programs. I reinstalled Thunderbird and then I did solfed a profile problem, but the Dutch languges pack in Thunderbird won't install.
