All of this didn't work , what I had to do is download the mozilla .exe uninstall IE chrome and mozilla then install Firefox again. At this time I was able to open hyperlinks again, then re-installed the other 2 browsers Thank you for your help

So you installed it successfully but can't run it? Try right clicking and picking "Run as Admin"

I'd also give the PC 1 scan with each of these: JRT https://www.malwarebytes.com/junkwareremovaltool/

Then with the main app: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thankyou/

Remove them when you're done if you wish.
