How do I get back to a neutral windows style top bar? I do not want a "theme."

New version has a dark blue bar that clashes with my desktop, and is not semi-transparent as it should be.

Gekozen oplossing

Go into the hamburger menu --> Customize --> Themes --> Default. That should use your default Windows color with semi-transparency.
