how do I install an older version of firefox so I can reclaim my password manager and record my passwords?
firefox updated and now my password manager "Saved Password Editor" no longer works. The problem with this is I don't remember some of the passwords and usernames stored in that program and now I no longer can bring up that listing. SO HOW DO I GET THAT INFORMATION BACK???

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
First, Type about:preferences#advanced<enter> in the address bar. Under Advanced, Select Update.
v57+; Type about:preferences#general<enter> in the address bar. Select Update.
Check the settings.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.

Not a "password manager" and the passwords are stored in standard Firefox files, nothing unique to that extension.
IOW, your password data should be inside Firefox and be available for use.
