If you are paying for an add-on you have most likely been scammed. All add-ons on AMO are free of charge.

Hello, these add-ons and external downloaders are not developed by Mozilla, so there of course will be some problems when it comes to integration. If you need a download add-on that is popular with AMO users, try this one: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/
