Command to view all tabs w/ unresponsive scripts?
Sometimes Firefox become unresponsive -- the spinner comes up forever. Usualy some tab(s) have an unresponsive script. I need a single command to tell me which tab(s) are involved so I can kill the scripts. I run >100 tabs open.
Why doesn't the popup come to the top & stay there, instead of only appearing when you have that tab open? Or a blinking icon in the command bar, or something?

That seems to be the exact opposite of what I want -- it forces constant Pings. Thus more chance of a script running.
What I want is to have notifications "on top" when a script runs long so I can kill it.
Even better, force those scripts that keep running themselves periodically, to stop doing that - unless the tab is on top.
I do not think you are having a script issue. If still have issue after checking into the below will see what can be found. Though you may be looking for this : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noscript/

Ignore previous post. Wrong version. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noscript/ there is the older version some where for below 57 that is stronger
Already using NoScript. Task Manager cannot be accessed while the spinner is locking up the computer.
Also, very annoying that during downloads, Firefox is locked up. Cannot scroll on the page I'm on, takes forever to switch to another tab.
Using 52.0.1 (64-bit) for Mac. No Prefs found in the 3-bar thing, use Preferences from the main menu. No "Option" selection exists. Privacy & Security are separate popups. Cannot find the setting you refer to.
