firefox won't open, there's a shield over the icon on desktop
I tried to delete but it says it's running, shut off in Task Manager but get same message.

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)
