Firefox won't remember passwords despite ticking "Remember logins and passwords for web site" which disappears after restarting Firefoxs
I click Options, Privacy & Security & tick "Remember logins and passwords for web site". I close Firefox. When I re-open it, the tick has disappeared. I can't find a 'Save Changes' button.

This is possibly a problem with the RoboForm Password Manager extension that shows in the system details list. We have recently seen some reports about issues with this RoboForm extension for Firefox. You can try to contact RoboForm for support.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
My computer knowledge is limited. I have no idea what Pkshadow means by "If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test". I don't know how to start Firefox in Safe Mode or how to check if " if hardware acceleration is causing the problem."
