I don't know if it's the result of a Firefox update or if something has hijacked my browser, but Firefox search results appear differently now. They used to be displayed more compactly, now they look more like the way results are displayed in Chrome.

I should mention I have my default search engine set to Google. Also I just noticed that the "more" option is missing on the search page. Now there's only All, News, Images and Videos. Is this a change in Firefox or on Google's side?

Google sometimes conducts experiments on its users. I still have the less fully featured results page with "All Images More". You may be seeing something that is in testing. While it's difficult to opt out of experiments, sometimes clearing cache and cookies will return you to the default experience.

Thank you. Clearing the private data worked. I still don't know what caused the change to begin with.
