Firefox appears to be following layout rules appropriate for the desktop version of WSJ, even though I am specifically asking for the mobile version. I have tried multiple version of Firefox and multiple versions of Android, on multiple devices, always with the same result.

This is not an issue with Firefox Focus, but there are reasons that I do not want to run Focus. Hasten the day that vanilla Firefox on Android gets the new rendering engine.
