When you go to the site https://news.tut.by/world/578664.html#ua:main_news~5 the page loads a long time through, checked by other browsers everything is normally loaded quickly, Firefox Quantum 58.0 (64.bit) is installed, Checked by different browsers, loads quickly.

Just clicked on it and it loads without any lags. And I have FF58x64 installed so it loads just fine. It loads quickly as other Browsers with slight lag probably from ads trying to load but I have blocks to stop ads.
