I disabled and remove extension Personas Plus but after several FF and system restarts the last background remains. How do I remove it?

From the Firefox menu click Add-ons or press Ctrl+Shift+A. This will open the add-ons manager. Click Themes from the left sidebar and from there enable the Default theme.
