Hi, as this is a unsupported browser version 45.9.0esr I have no answers for you.
You have also not enabled send info to Mozilla or something blocked it as no info on your add-ons, no info for video card drivers.
See if this gives you some crash reports up to 5 only as instructed in this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-asking-support

From your second thread you were trying to build the old Firefox 45.9.0esr from 45.9.0esr source while using Visual studio 2017.
That may be the issue as it was not until Firefox 55.0 ? that had support for Visual studio 2017.

Pk, in case you missed it the OP is trying to build Firefox 45.9.0 ESR from source for 45.9.0esr.
The issue is not about getting crashes with Firefox 45.9.0esr. Besides Mozilla is likely not accepting crash reports from the old EOL Firefox 45.9.0esr anyways as oldest in list on https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/home/product/Firefox is Firefox 52.4.0esr.
Anyways Reshmi why are you trying to build from a old vulnerable version that was released a year ago back on April 19, 2017 and 45.0 itself was out on March 8, 2016.
Firefox 52 ESR is the current and it is coming to a end soon with 52.9.0esr out on June 26 and next ESR will be based on 60.0 on May 9th.
