Reminders from google keep not showing in lightning

I created some recurrent reminders in google keep app. They show correctly on google calendar online, but not in Lightning (the calendar is synced through provider for google calendar add-on, but even with the caldav/ics sync method I get the same result). Can anyone help?

Consolidate this with https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1219108 ... I think this is all the same underlying problem, which is that the Google API does not support access to reminders, only to events.
