Links in emails suddenly stopped working on browser. Can't open pdf files either.

This just started happening today. I am unable to open any incoming pdf files and any link in an email will not open in my browser. Firefox is set as my default. Even if I say the pdf to my desktop and then click on it, it won't open. The only thing I've done on the computer is install an updated version of the cleaner that we use.

Thunderbird does not open PDF files and once you move it to your desktop it is out of Thunderbird's control anyway. You need to look elsewhere for your issue.
