They ask me to send in my meter readings by email but the form is too big for me to scroll down to the bottom so I can submit it. Can I change the font size to fit my screen?

Thunderbird is not involved until you are ready to actually sent the attachment. Contact your power vendor for help using their system. This is not a Thunderbird issue.
