My PC crashed, when I downloaded TBird on my PC none of my contacts or old messages were there. Help me to import and rescue old messages and contacts please.

Thunderbird is a program on your computer, where is stores all your data. So the question is really what access do you have to your old hard disk or your backups of it to retrieve the data from. It is not out there in the cloud anywhere.
