When I log onto my bank account both my username and password come up automatically. This needs to be fixed now.

Hi, There is no phone number and if used one they are all scams and should be reported from Help--> Report Deceptive Site

Somewhere along the way you must have said save password for the bank. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/password-manager-remember-delete-change-and-import

Mozilla does not have the resources to have call centres for one on one support by phone, chat, or email especially since it would be for free. Products that have one on one support options tends to be for paid for ones that you purchase online and or in a retail store.
