I downloaded archived data of my own Facebook and Gmail accounts. The downloads were complete, but after the system woke up from suspension, the status of the files became "file moved or missing", while I didn't move or deleted the files. I tried to download again, and the same things happened. I use Firefox 60.0.2 and Ubuntu 18.04.

Are you making sure to select the save file option, not opening with a program. If you select open instead of save, then the file will be moved to temporary storage and then eventually deleted.
