On Vivaldi this feature is in-built where all the bookmarks are presented in tiles layout on new tab page. Also I was looking for an addon which can enable to set web-page scaling across firefox.

I have tried what is shown in screenshot, but it does not show bookmarks unless I have visited

Hi, I am sure you will find what you are looking for. We can not decided that for you nor decide what information you are wanting to give to get that. This is your project that you wish. You will need to search for it using your key words in google with Firefox being the 1st word or bookmarks in below being the part of, this was discovered with Tiled bookmarks.
