Android won't sync, optins greyed out and sync button does nothing.

I recently did a fresh install on my android, signed in and verified e-mail, no problem but the moment I go to the sync tab and press the button it does nothing at all, doesn't even tries to sync the information.

The options (bookmarks, history, etc) are greyed out too. I tried to uninstall and reinstall twice with no luck after and making sure both my pc and phone are on the latest version of the browser.
