Deleting messages from unified folders leap frogs to the next next message
I come back after a long break to multiple emails from multiple accounts. I press the delete key in unified folder view, and it doesn't highlight the next message, but the message after that one. I can't seem to find a pattern to it, such as which account(s) it's doing it for. I'll keep an eye on it, see if I can spot a pattern. Just started happening last week.

What happens if you try Thunderbird in safe mode? (restart with add-ons disabled from the help menu)
same thing. this time it was consistent. every delete acted like this 8/
today, it didn't leapfrog at all... but it did do another strange annoyance I've been having. Sometimes when I delete messages, the message stays, the focus doesn't move to the next message, but the one at the very bottom (reverse date sorted) disappears... if I keep hitting delete, the bottom message just keeps going away. then when I enter a different folder and come back to the unified inbox, those messages at the bottom are back again, and the one that I deleted is gone.
still trying to see a pattern of any kind...
