When I right click on a senders address I do not have any on the choices shown under "Blocking a sender". How do I get to Create Filter or Add to Address Book?

I am on Thunderbird. when I right click on a senders address I do not get any of the choices shown under "Blocking a sender" in Thunderbird help. I don't have Add to address book; Compose Message to; Copy Email Address; or Create Filter From;. It's like I have an entirely different menu. I am new to Thunderbird and need help please.

I don't have Add to address book;

See the star beside the persons name in the message header. Click it. The outline star means the contact is not in your address book, the full yellow star means the contact already is in your address book.

I don't have Compose Message to;

I don't think this exists in Thunderbird. Open the Write window and press F9 to get your address book contacts in the side bar. Or just start typing the recipients name into the To: field and see what happens.

I don't have Copy Email Address;

What are you trying to achieve?

I don't have Create Filter From;

Select a message in the thread pane. Press Alt or F10 to restore the menu bar in case it is hidden. From the main menu bar: Message - Create Filter from Message
