Firefox deleted some of my downloads history, I want to know is there a way to keep your download history like with Chrome? So i i download let's say 25 games and 140 pics how can i keep them? So when i go to see the things i have downloaded. For some reason Firefox deleted some of my download history.

Downloads and long URLs expire automatically in 60 days. You can bookmark download links if you want to make sure that you do not lose them.

Only the newest ones got deleted and they are like a week or 2 old.

I'll try this out and is there any way to get back or see the lost download history?

Did you recently clear the history?

Firefox manages downloads in the Downloads folder in the Library (History -> Show All History) Downloads are treated as history items: clearing history removes corresponding download items and vice versa.

You can only recover lost history if you have a backup copy of places.sqlite that includes this history.

You can check in Windows Explorer if there is a previous version of the places.sqlite file available.
