problems with Conceptis Puzzles page
Yesterday in the evening I started to have problems with Conceptis Puzzles page - probably with the Flash Player Plugin, because the pages without Flash Player open normally.
But when I want to play a puzzle, or just open the page where they are displayed, Firefox stops responding. And it doesn't resume working even when I shut the card with the puzzles. I need to shut the whole program and restart it, because it simply does not respond at all. And that's why it's impossible to fill in the crash report - it does not show.
I'll be grateful for help with this problem!

update flash player:
Or Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.,) and then perform these steps:
In Firefox 54 and below:
- Click the menu button and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
- Select the Advanced panel and the General tab.
- Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.
In Firefox 55 and above:
- Click the menu button and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
- Select the General panel.
- Under Performance, uncheck Use recommended performance settings. Additional settings will be displayed.
- Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.

Thanks for your answer. But the problem is precisely with updating FlashPlayer. I tried to do that: I ran the installation file, but it comes to the point where installation process is 90% complete - then stops for some time, and then says that installation was unsuccessful.
I tried uninstalling FlashPlayer completely - had a lot of problems with that, but it seems that I finally suceeded. At least the Adobe page checking if I have it on my computer says that I don't. But when I tried installing it again, the same thing happened: it comes to 90%, stops, says sorry, installation unsuccessful - and then this beautiful Adobe page opens thanking me for installing their product.
I know this is their issue, but unfortunately "The Adobe Community Forums are being updated!" and I can get no help with my problem. But maybe you happen to know what to do now? The Windows Control Panel still shows options for Flash Player, so maybe it's not uninstalled completely?
When I was trying to uninstall FlashPlayer I downloaded from Adobe page an installer for Mozilla (Adobe® Flash® Player Installer/Uninstaller 31.0 r0). When I ran it, it just didn't do anything, so I deleted it. But it seems that somehow it is still running, because I tried deleting the file fpb.tmp from windows/sysWOW64/Macromed/Temp/{something}, but it says it's impossible, because Adobe® Flash® Player Installer/Uninstaller 31.0 r0 is using it at the moment.
When running the flash installer, all browsers must be shut down,
Yes, I know that. I was installing Flash Player with browsers shut. Well, I forgot to shut Firefox before running Adobe uninstaller - but then I shut it, and ran it again - and still nothing happened.
Anyway, Adobe support forum is working now - I'll see what they tell me and when (I hope!) I have Flash Player happily installed again, I'll let you know if this solved my problems with the puzzles webpage.
