If I'm not mistaken you are referring to this Chrome extension (?)

I have not been able to find something similar on the addons.mozilla.org page (but feel free to look around there and see if maybe there's something there you like).

To access your Firefox add-ons really fast, just press : Cmd + Shift + A

Separate issue :

Your system details show that you need to update your Adobe Flash Player - you are running a very old version, which can cause problems. Would you please uninstall your current version and install the latest version, which is 31.0.0.122
